We compared two multi-cookers that trade capacity and features for price: the Ninja Foodi MAX 7.5L and the Instant Pot Pro 5.7L.

What we looked at

Capacity, stated cooking functions, and price.

The verdict

The Ninja Foodi MAX's larger 7.5L capacity plus built-in air fry and grill functions come at a real price premium over the Instant Pot Pro. The Instant Pot Pro counters with a higher stated function count (10 vs 9), including sous vide and a yoghurt maker, at a significantly lower price — but skips air fry and grill, and holds less at 5.7L. If capacity and air frying matter most, the Ninja Foodi MAX justifies its price; if you want more functions for less and don't need air fry, the Instant Pot Pro is the value pick.
